Food Diary for Today:

Breakfast:

Kashi Go Lean Cereal (1/2 cup) with 2 oz of 2% milk

Lunch:

Celery with tsp of peanut butter
carrots
1/2 of cut apple
cheese stick
water

Dinner:

Subway sandwich
carrots
8 oz of Sierra Mist natural

Snack:

Popsicles

Starting all over

I must admit that things in my life have consumed my thoughts, energy and time.

Well, now I am BACK with a vengeance! I am going to start a food diary and fitness log daily!

I am determined to get my body to a healthy place and rock the bridesmaid dress that I will be wearing in May!

First Week Wrap-up

Okay, I am going to sum up this week's progress:

Monday - 20 minutes of "30 Day Shred" with 15 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday - 20 minutes of "30 Day Shred with 5 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday - No workout due to pink eye case #2

Thursday - 20 minutes of "30 Day Shred" and 10 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday - Walking and biking for 30 minutes

Saturday - No workout

Sunday - Walking/biked for 1.5 hours, 30 minutes of "The Wave" aerobic workout DVD

**There you have it...that was my first week. And I am just getting started! I can't wait to intensify it as the weeks progress!

I'm BAAAAAAAACK!

After over a 2 month hiatus, I am back on the fitness wagon again! Monday was my first workout. I had to modify it greatly due to my health issues. Yesterday, I added a bit more difficulty. Tonight, I am looking forward to adding a little bit more. I am hoping to be normal by next week.

I want to lose 20 lbs before June 10th which is when we leave for our Disney World vacation. I want to look normal in a bathing suit and actually buy a bathing suit that looks nice and not dumpy looking!

I have already noticed that a pair of pants I bought in December was tight and I tried them on this morning and they were quite comfortable! Yay!

On to regain some ground lost!!!

On hold...

Due to a very surprising miscarriage, I have stopped my regular exercise routine until I get the green light. However, I have not stopped walking when the weather has been great. I am hoping to get back to the workouts next week if all goes well!

A Pause in Weight Loss

I have had a health condition that has prevented me from exercising. Hopefully I will get back in to the swing of things by the end of the week.

Fitness Weekly Journal

Each week, I am going to post my fitness plan for the week. Here is what I have planned for this week:

Monday - "30 Day Shred" DVD (20 minute intense workout)
10 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday - "Cardio Max" DVD (35 minute workout)

Wednesday - "30 Day Shred" & 15 minutes on the stationary bike

Thursday - "Cardio Max" & 5 minutes of arm lifting and weights

Friday - Day off

Saturday - "30 Day Shred" & 15 minutes on the stationary bike

Saturday - Day off

**I am taking two days off due to others' advice and I also do not want burnout. Friday evenings are crazy with dinner and grocery shopping and Sunday is the "Lord's Day" and family day.

When spring and summer hits, I will add walking and biking to my workout.
