Fitness Weekly Journal

Each week, I am going to post my fitness plan for the week. Here is what I have planned for this week:

Monday - "30 Day Shred" DVD (20 minute intense workout)
10 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday - "Cardio Max" DVD (35 minute workout)

Wednesday - "30 Day Shred" & 15 minutes on the stationary bike

Thursday - "Cardio Max" & 5 minutes of arm lifting and weights

Friday - Day off

Saturday - "30 Day Shred" & 15 minutes on the stationary bike

Saturday - Day off

**I am taking two days off due to others' advice and I also do not want burnout. Friday evenings are crazy with dinner and grocery shopping and Sunday is the "Lord's Day" and family day.

When spring and summer hits, I will add walking and biking to my workout.
