My 6 month goal: In June 2011, I want to have lost 40 lbs. I want to be able to go on vacation with my family, not worry about about what I look like in a bathing suit, and totally enjoy whatever we are doing!
My 12 month goal: In January 2012, I want to be down to my ideal weight for my height which is 120 lbs. I want to be off all Diabetes meds and I want my secret dreams to come true. (More about that later.)I want my PCOS symptoms to be so miniscule that others could not tell that I have had that wretched disease. I also want to be healthy physically, spiritually and mentally.
I know these goals are very lofty, but I feel with my exercise routine and with a totally new eating plan, I can accomplish these goals. Each week, I will report on my weight loss and any other successes that I may have.
